  Dejan Miloradov was born on June 23rd in 1970. in Kumanovo, FYR Macedonia, and currently lives and works in Novi Sad, Serbia. He finished his basic studies at the Department of Serbian Language and Linguistics, Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad, where he got his master's degree. He has been working in Matica srpska. His interest in photography deepens since 2003. and his interests lie in topics related to people and their environment, life situations in which they are located, rural lifestyle, street photography, then the relationship between life and death, etc. His images are mostly black and white, full of contrasts – he introduces the viewer into the story quickly and directly. Dejan Miloradov portrays the life (or at least his vision of life), in a way that is sometimes more difficult to accept and his subjects and motves are sometimes considered taboo in our society. So far, he participated in two solo and several group exhibitions in Serbia. His photographs had won several awards. His is a member of the photo club Vojvodina from Novi Sad.

  Photo club Rijeka is essential to cultural context when we talk about the history of photography in Rijeka and in Croatia. Its continuity – in various activities, such as education work on forming of authors is sustained in the Club since 1939.. All relevant photographic authors in this area have been its members in some stage of their development. Role of the Club is significant  - in social and artistic context,  not only for the city of Rijeka but also for the broader region, and the continuity of quality photography is nurtured and further promotes the well-being of current and future members, but also of the City. One of its most important programmes is the international exhibition Third element on which the winner gets residency in Rijeka with the task of taking photos of Rijeka and its citizens - these photographs are finally presented on the exhibition. This programme already hosted two authors - Virgil Mlesnita from Romania and Neda Rački from Zagreb. In 2013. its guest is Dejan Miloradov, author from Novi Sad. In this way a collection of works of guest artists  is formed and the Club enriches its photographic archive, with a different view - a view on Rijeka and its citizens from the "outside".

  Photo club Rijeka is active in the public cultural scene of Rijeka and broader region on several levels. It gathers relevant authors in the field of photography and promotes photography in Rijeka through exhibitions of its members, through education and work with youth, and through organization of exhibitions of relevant Croatian and international authors in Rijeka. The Club founded several annual exhibitions that have become a tradition and by which the Club is recognized, namely: Photographic experiment, Photographers, Photographic breakfast, Rijeka in aeternum, International Exhibition Third element, Rječina photo tour and Inwentura. Professional work and its programming concept elevated the Club above the usual hobby associations and it become a reference center for photographic creativity.  By moving into a new space already established Centre for Culture of photographic image takes root – and within the Centre are active the following: Club, library of photographic literature, the museum's collection of photographic equipment and supplies and Gallery Principia. The Club collaborates with numerous partners, such as: Museum of Rijeka, Rijeka City Library, University Library Rijeka, Rijeka National Archive, Police Department, kindergartens, Photo clubs from Split, Zagreb, Varazdin, Vukovar, bookstore VBZ - Rijeka, Used Books Shop Mali Neboder, ReFoto – Journal of Photography Belgrade, Prizma Ltd. Zagreb, and professionals such as Ervin Dubrović Daina Glavočić, Branka Arh, Đani Celija, Milan ŽivkoviĆ, Nick Veasey, Anthony Verzotti, Ana Peraica and many others.
